 * 2nd Level & 3rd Level IT-Support für die internen Stakeholder
 * Verwaltung & Entwicklung der M365-Umgebung sowie der Azure Cloud
 * Administration im Bereich Backup und Netzwerk
 * Automatisierung von Prozessen mittels PowerShell sowie der Realisierung von Infrastrukturprojekten
 * Koordination externer Dienstleister
