 * Freude an Analyse-, Beratungs- und Projektarbeit
 * Führerschein Klasse B
 * Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

## Description

* Betreuung und Beratung unserer Microtech-ERP-Kunden hinsichtlich Konfiguration, Optimierung und Nutzung
 * Umsetzung von Schnittstellenintegrationen (z. B. Amazon, OTTO, EDIFACT)
 * Anbindung von CRM-, DMS- und weiteren Third-Party-Systemen
 * Durchführung von Datenmigrationen aus Fremdsystemen in die Microtech-Systemlandschaft
 * Installation und Aktualisierung von ERP-Lösungen - remote oder direkt beim Kunden
 * Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Supportfällen (1st- und 2nd-Level)
 * Analyse von Anforderungen und Erstellung technischer Umsetzungsvorschläge
 * Dokumentation, Kundenkorrespondenz und Begleitung von Projektphasen
