## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience as a help desk support technician in a macOS environment (Ideally, you have been a Genius at an Apple Store)
 * Certification in Apple products and devices preferred
 * A blend of Mac and Microsoft support skills desired
 * Strong problem-solving skills
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Success in team environments, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members
 * Comprehensive understanding of operating systems, including macOS and Windows

## Description

* Provide insightful advice and hands-on technical support to employees
 * Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and offer solutions to get employees up and running again
 * Triage requests accordingly to our 3rd party IT provider
 * Teach and train employees on new applications or hardware as requested
 * Provide support for on-boarding and off-boarding new and departing employees
