Technical Environment & Tools * Software: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Angular, IBM Rational Suite, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Office * Hardware: MS Windows Laptops ## Description Position Overview The Software Architect will work closely with NYSoH program staff, vendors, and stakeholders to define requirements for NYSoH and oversee the Operations and Maintenance of the system. The position involves dictating technical standards, evaluating software components, eliciting and validating functional/operational requirements, and troubleshooting production issues for NYS health exchange systems.
