 * Cloud-native: Kubernetes/container networking, service mesh, APIs, microservices.
 * Automation/IaC: Terraform, Ansible, Python, DevOps, GitOps, CI/CD.
 * Reliability/SRE: HA/resiliency, incident response, RCA, observability, operational excellence.
 * Security: Zero Trust, secure cloud connectivity, policy-as-code.
 * Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, ThousandEyes or similar.
 * Architecture: Lead modernization from traditional networking to SDN/cloud-native networking.
 * Leadership: Mentor engineers and act as senior technical authority for network/cloud architecture.
 * Education: BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc; certifications preferred.
 * Good to have: Healthcare/SaaS/regulated industry experience.
 * Preferred certifications: CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking, Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Network Engineer, CKA, Terraform Associate.
