The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), driving Agile delivery using Azure DevOps, and coordinating cross-functional teams across business, technology, architecture, QA, and operations. This role requires a strong understanding of banking applications, regulatory considerations, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of complex technology initiatives., * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. * 10+ years of IT project management experience with at least 3+ years in the Banking/Financial Services domain. * Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale application development and transformation projects. * Strong experience with Azure DevOps for Agile project execution and release management. * Experience managing distributed development teams and multiple project workstreams. * Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. * Experience managing budgets, timelines, project resources, and stakeholder expectations. * Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
