Strong Test Engineer with 9+ Years of Experience from Semiconductor industry

 * Master or bachelor's in electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related.
 * Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in IC test development or application development.
 * Develop new test methodologies and solutions for devices on Advantest V93K.
 * Strong knowledge on Exascale architecture, SMT8 debug tools & TML experience is must
 * Proven C/C++ experience and java programming skills
 * HW design knowledge is a plus
