## About the Role

* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Playwright for automated testing.
 * Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, both manual and automated.
 * Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
 * Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Preferred Skills:

 * Familiarity with other testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
 * Experience in performance testing and security testing.
 * Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
 * Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Qualifications:

 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.

## Description

* Lead the software testing efforts, including planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities.
 * Develop and implement test strategies and test plans that align with project requirements and timelines.
 * Utilize Playwright to create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
 * Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
 * Conduct regular reviews of test cases and test results to ensure adherence to quality standards.
 * Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices for software testing and automation.
 * Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software testing and automation tools.
