## About the Role

We are seeking a Desktop Support professional to provide technical assistance to our end users. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess customer service skills and the ability to work effectively within a team, adhering to standard operating procedures., Experience: 1-5 years of experience in a desktop support or related IT role.

Technical Skills:

 * Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft M365 productivity software (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams).
 * Experience with troubleshooting Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues.
 * Experience with ticketing systems, specifically ServiceNow.
 * Basic knowledge of networking (IP, DNS) and cybersecurity (MFA, phishing).

Interpersonal Skills:

 * Communication and customer service skills.
 * A professional presence and maturity.
 * Attention to detail and the ability to work well with other team members.
 * Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 * CompTIA A+ Certification.
 * Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Certification.
 * Experience using ConnectWise Remote Support Software.
 * Experience using CyberArk Workforce Password Management Software.
 * Experience troubleshooting Citrix VDIs.

## Description

* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
 * Troubleshoot issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems.
 * Provide support for Microsoft 365 productivity software, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
 * Address and resolve issues related to Palo Alto Network Global Protect client on Windows endpoints.
 * Utilize ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow, to manage and document support requests.
 * Apply basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS) to resolve connectivity issues.
 * Apply basic cybersecurity knowledge (MFA, phishing) to support user security.
