## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT consultant to support Vertex-related initiatives across indirect tax applications, integrations, testing, operational support, and project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong application services experience and hands-on knowledge of Vertex environments., AA,application services,enterprise application,SAP,Ariba,strong troubleshooting,integrations,determination,business continuity,defect resolution,project delivery,ERP,incident management,indirect tax,infrastructure,operational support,production readiness,testing,documentation

## Description

* Support Vertex application initiatives, enhancements, and operational activities across on-prem and cloud environments.
 * Collaborate with IT, Tax, ERP, infrastructure, and support teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver project milestones.
 * Assist with integrations involving SAP, Ariba, CFIN, Transact, Transcend, Osprey and other connected platforms.
 * Participate in testing, defect resolution, documentation, and production readiness activities.
 * Help maintain reliable tax determination processes and support business continuity for critical tax applications.
