## About the Role

* 3-5 years of advanced Network Operations & Support experience.
 * Strong experience with SolarWinds or similar NMS tools - Power User level required.
 * Troubleshooting routers, switches, TCP/IP, SSH, Telnet, Traceroute, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching.
 * Monitor network infrastructure, respond to alerts/incidents, troubleshoot outages, and minimize MTTR.
 * Level 3 escalation support and ability to mentor Level 1/2 NOC analysts.
 * Knowledge of ITIL processes, SOPs, and NOC runbooks.
 * Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts when required.
 * CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification is a plus.
