## About the Role

* Minimum of 5 years experience developing SAP applications using S/4HANA ABAP (NetWeaver 7.4/7.5) and ABAP Cloud.
 * Minimum of 3 years experience with SAP BTP tools and services (latest Application Development and Automation stack).
 * Minimum of 3 years experience with data modeling using CDS views, AMDP, OData, or related custom development.
 * Minimum of 3 years SAP custom development using Fiori-first, Clean Core, and BTP side-by-side approaches, including RAP.
 * Minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, architecture sign-offs, client workshops).
 * Prior experience supporting the Chemicals & Natural Resources industry/clients
 * Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
Bonus Points If:

 * You have 1+ years with Cloud Application Programming
 * You've earned an SAP certification in ABAP Cloud, BTP (Developer or Solution Architect), or SAP Business AI / Generative AI.
 * You have hands-on exposure to SAP Build (Build Apps, Build Process Automation, Build Work Zone) and CAP (Node.js / Java).
 * You have DevOps for SAP - Git-based transport / gCTS, CI/CD, and automated testing (e.g., ABAP Unit, ADT).
 * You have familiarity with SAP Business AI - Joule, Joule Studio, and Generative AI Hub grounding / RAG patterns.
