The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, experience with ERP platforms and integrations, and a proven background owning Agile product backlogs. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is strongly preferred., * 5+ years of Product Owner experience. * Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes. * Experience supporting ERP platforms, Finance systems, and system integrations. * Demonstrated experience managing and prioritizing Agile backlogs. * Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. * Ability to effectively partner with Finance stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements. * Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience strongly preferred. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ## Description Hybrid - Monday through Thursday onsite, Friday remote. Occasional 5-day onsite weeks may be required based on business needs., * Own, manage, and prioritize the Agile product backlog based on business value and technical priorities. * Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, challenge, and refine business requirements. * Translate Finance needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. * Collaborate with Engineering throughout sprint execution to clarify requirements and support delivery. * Support enhancements to ERP platforms, Finance applications, and system integrations. * Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Help drive the ongoing development and modernization of the Finance systems environment. * Collaborate with global stakeholders, including business and technical teams across multiple regions., * Position is available to start ASAP. * Candidates must currently reside in the Nashville area. * Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. * Background and reference checks are required.
