Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Quality, the Product Owner ensures that product initiatives are decomposed into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation that allow development teams to execute effectively. This role serves as the operational bridge between product strategy and engineering execution. The Product Owner owns backlog quality and delivery readiness for their assigned product domain or engineering team, ensuring that stories entering development are well understood, actionable, and aligned with product objectives. The Product Owner plays a key role in maintaining backlog health, supporting agile delivery practices, and enabling consistent, high-quality product releases.
