Ihre Aufgaben Mitarbeit im Support Team für unseren Großkunden am Standort Oberursel Durchführung des Onsite-Supports im Hard- und Softwarebereich Durchführung von IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) Arbeiten Serviceeinsätze in den Bereichen Client Workplaces, Printer, Mobile Devices und Netzwerk Komponenten Sicherstellung des Betriebs und der Servicequalität beim Kunden Anwender-Einweisung und Support Pflege und Dokumentation der Service Arbeiten im Ticketsystem und der Kunden-Datenbanken Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder Lagerlogistik als Fachkraft Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) Quereinsteiger in die IT sind ebenso willkommen mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung Erfahrungen im 1st und 2nd Level Field Support Kenntnisse in aktuellen Microsoft-Produkten sowie im Bereich Standard-Hardware Kenntnisse in Netzwerken, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
