* Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der ERP- und CRM-Systeme
 * Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im SAP-Umfeld (z. B. Benutzerverwaltung, Monitoring, Transporte)
 * Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs der Applikationen und angebundener Schnittstellen
 * Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
 * Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Abbildung und Optimierung von Prozessen in den IT-Systemen
 * Unterstützung bei der Integration neuer Systeme und dem Ausbau bestehender Schnittstellen
 * Technische Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur (Hard- und Software)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Applikations- und Systemumfeld
