## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau, Geoinformatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen)
 * Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder User-Helpdesk (1st-/2nd-Level) wünschenswert
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Microsoft-Produkte: Windows-Client- und Serverbetriebssysteme, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange und idealerweise Navision Dynamics 365
 * Grundkenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich
 * Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Fort- und Weiterbildung
 * Loyalität und absolute Wahrung der Vertraulichkeit setzen wir voraus
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Führerschein der Klasse B

## Description

unbefristet in Vollzeit (39 Stunden/Woche).
Die Stelle umfasst insbesondere folgende Aufgaben:

 * Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systemlandschaft im Administratorteam
 * Eigenständige Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen sowie Störungsbehebung im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports für IT- und Telekommunikationssysteme (telefonisch, per E-Mail, über unser Ticketsystem, remote sowie insbesondere direkt vor Ort bei unseren Anwendern)
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern
 * Mitarbeit am Geografischen Informationssystem (GIS)
 * Vertretung des IT-Administrators bei Abwesenheit
