This role blends product vision with operational discipline. The CTO will shape our technical roadmap, guide engineering execution, and establish the security and compliance standards required to protect student data and support scalable growth. You will build and lead the engineering function - currently a small, senior team - and be expected to contribute directly to the codebase alongside setting architecture and infrastructure direction. You will serve as both strategic architect and operational leader - partnering directly with the CEO and leadership team to align what we build with where the business is going.
