Unser Kunde in Dresden ist ein innovatives Softwareunternehmen für Informationssicherheit und sucht zur Verstärkung seines internen IT-Teams einen Inhouse IT-Administrator (m/w/d).

In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der internen Systemlandschaft und unterstützen zusätzlich Anwender bei Fragen rund um eingesetzte Softwarelösungen. Neben technischem Know-how sind daher auch Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung gefragt., * Betreuung und Administration der internen IT-Infrastruktur

 * Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs von Systemen mit Schwerpunkt Linux (Windows von Vorteil)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Rahmen des internen IT-Supports
 * Unterstützung von Anwendern bei technischen Fragen telefonisch und per E-Mail
 * Betreuung und Support der eingesetzten Softwarelösungen
 * Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen und Systemen
