Role Responsibilities: What you will do

 * Support the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure and technical office environment.
 * Help manage and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment in close collaboration with the IT team.
 * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoints such as PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and conference room equipment.
 * Support IT security monitoring and help identify, investigate, and resolve potential security incidents.
 * Provide hands-on IT support to colleagues and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes., * At idealworks, you will find an international working environment and become part of an experienced, open team where mutual trust counts. You will feel at home from the very first second!
