 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wünschenswert:

 * Grundkenntnisse in Active Directory, Intune oder ähnlichen Systemen

* Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD)
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
 * Betreuung und Optimierung von IT-Systemen sowie Unterstützung der Anwender im 1nd und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Entwicklung, Pflege und Optimierung von SQL-Datenbanken und Datenabfragen
 * Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports, Kennzahlen und Dashboards mit Microsoft Power BI
