## Description

* Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systemlandschaft (Microsoft 365, ERP-System, Netzwerk- und Serverinfrastruktur),
 * Entwicklung, Integration und Pflege von KI-basierten Lösungen zur Optimierung interner Prozesse und zur Unterstützung unseres papierlosen Büros,
 * Automatisierung wiederkehrender Abläufe (z. B. über KI, Workflows, Skripting)
 * Unterstützung und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen, Softwarelösungen und MS-Office-Anwendungen,
 * Sicherstellung von Datenschutz, IT-Sicherheit und Compliance,
 * Mitarbeit in Digitalisierungs- und Innovationsprojekten sowie eigenständige Umsetzung von Teilprojekten.
