 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Aufbau, Optimierung und technologische Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft Systemlandschaft
 * Pflege der Microsoft Systeminfrastruktur mit der einhergehenden Installation, Planung und Konfiguration von Windows Servern
 * Entwicklung und Betrieb von Lösungen in O365, Intune und Azure
 * Unterstützung unserer globalen IT Service Organisation durch die Bearbeitung von Service Requests und Incidents
 * Planung und Inbetriebnahme von neuer Hardware, Durchführung von Installationen und Releasewechsel
 * Betreuung der Clients im 2nd und 3rd Level Support sowie Troubleshooting der Client- und Serversysteme
 * Administration der Citrix Infrastruktur (XenDesktop, XenApp, Netscaler)
 * Betreuung zentraler Virenschutzsysteme
