## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Erfahrung im Software Testing sowie im Umgang mit AutoCAD oder vergleichbaren CAD-Systemen
 * Kenntnisse in Azure DevOps, Jira oder vergleichbaren Application-Lifecycle-Management-Tools
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis agiler Methoden wie Scrum oder SAFe
 * Gute Kommunikations- und Schulungskompetenz sowie serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * Durchführung von funktionalen, Integrations- und End-to-End-Tests entlang realer Engineering-Prozesse
 * Analyse, Reproduktion und Nachverfolgung von Fehlern in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams
 * Mitarbeit in agilen Entwicklungsprojekten unter Nutzung von Tools wie Azure DevOps oder Jira
 * Unterstützung der Anwender im First- und Second-Level-Support sowie Begleitung von Software-Rollouts
 * Durchführung von Schulungen und Erstellung von Trainings- und E-Learning-Unterlagen
