 * Optimierung von Datenbankprozessen in SQL-Anywhere (SAP) und SQL Server (Microsoft)
 * Anwendung und Integration von DevExpress-Komponenten (z. B. dxGrid)
 * Fehleranalyse und -behebung in bestehender Software
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen - online und vor Ort
 * Mitarbeit im Support bei Bedarf und Umsetzung agiler Sprint-Planung (C.A.S.P.-Methode)
