## About the Role

 * Be an early applicant, * Verantwortung für die Hochverfügbarkeit der strategischen Plattform ServiceNow in der Finanz Informatik (Self-Hosted)
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Verwaltung der Systemarchitektur von ServiceNow auf Basis von Oracle und Unix
 * Administration der verschiedenen Instanzen (Entwicklung, Test, Abnahme, Produktion)
 * Durchführung der Bereitstellung von neuen oder geänderten Inhalten im Rahmen von Releases auf der Plattform
 * Unterstützung der Nutzer im 3rd-Level-Support (ServiceNow), Bearbeitung von Anfragen per Ticket oder anderen Kanälen mit Bezug zur Plattform Administration
 * Entwicklung von Ansätzen und Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Performance und Verfügbarkeit der Plattform
 * Überwachung der Plattform sowie Verantwortung für Lösungsfindung und Umsetzung im Fehlerfall
