* Vision & Roadmap: Definition und Kommunikation der Produktvision, Erstellung von Release-Pläne und Produktroadmaps
 * Backlog-Pflege: Priorisierung des Produktbacklogs basierend auf Anforderungen aller Stakeholder
 * Anforderungsmanagement: Aufnahme von Anforderungen aus den jeweiligen Fachbereichen
 * Stakeholder-Management: Kommunikation und enge Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, Process Ownern und IT-Teams
 * Agile Zusammenarbeit: Teilnahme an Scrum-Events (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro)
 * Qualitätssicherung: Organisation von User Acceptance Tests und Feedback-Integration
 * Planung und Überwachung des Budgets des verantworteten Entwicklungsteams
