 * Freude am Gestalten und der Anwendung innovativer Lehrmethoden

## Description

* Praxisorientierte Lehre in den Bereichen Software Engineering, KI-gestützte Anwendungen, Software-Architekturen und Software-Prozesse inklusive Vermittlung relevanter Methoden, Tools und Workflows
 * Weiterentwicklung von Studienangeboten und Lehrveranstaltungen in Bachelor- und Masterstudiengängen mit Fokus auf Software Engineering für KI-Systeme
 * Angewandte Forschung zu KI-basierten Software-Engineering-Methoden, Evaluierung und Monitoring von KI- Modellen, Qualitätssicherung, Robustheit, Reproduzierbarkeit sowie praxisnaher Transfer im Unternehmenskontext
 * Verantwortungsvolle Gestaltung und Reflexion KI-gestützter Software-Systeme unter Berücksichtigung von ethischen, rechtlichen und sozialen Implikationen
 * Bereitschaft zur Mitwirkung in der Selbstverwaltung der Hochschule
