## Description

This role supports a critical customer-facing application used by phone bankers for customer and account maintenance. The platform handles approximately 80% of call center volume, making reliability and stability extremely important.

The selected consultant will help:

 * Maintain and enhance existing applications
 * Deliver business-driven initiatives and new functionality
 * Support authentication-related enhancements and requirements
 * Work on initiatives related to account management and customer authentication
 * Current Initiatives

Examples of projects the team is working on include:

 * Authentication enhancements
 * Customer account access and maintenance improvements
 * "Smart Start" initiative involving youth account management and permissions

Team Environment

Team: Customer Information View (CIV)

 * Scrum/Agile environment with regular ceremonies
 * Team size:
 + o 4 team members in the U.S.
 + o 4 team members in India
 * Collaborates closely with other engineers across locations
