Technical depth is less important than business focus. ## Description Kforce has a client in Oakwood, GA that is seeking an ERP Cutover Lead., This company is in year three of an Infor M3 ERP cloud implementation, migrating from both Adage (on-prem) and a legacy ERP. The first rollout was scheduled for May, with two more years of subsequent rollouts planned. The technical cutover plan is robust, but there is a gap in business readiness and communication planning for go-live. The team is seeking a consultant to create and execute a holistic business cutover plan, focusing on change management, training, deployment, and production support., We are seeking an experienced ERP Cutover Lead to manage and execute the cutover process for transitioning from our legacy ERP system to Infor M3. This role will be responsible for coordinating, consolidating, tracking, and leading all cutover activities across technical and business streams, ensuring a smooth and successful go-live.
