Program Leadership & Execution * Own program planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and overall execution. * Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, cybersecurity, and leadership teams. * Build and maintain detailed program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks. * Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues with a proactive approach. * Ensure delivery of technical capabilities that meet requirements for quality, security, and compliance. Communication & Stakeholder Management * Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership and external stakeholders. * Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve technical and programmatic conflicts. * Prepare program dashboards, status reports, and decision-ready briefing materials. * Act as the central point of contact for all program communications. Strategic & Analytical Skills * Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate trade-offs, and drive data-informed decisions. * Support long-term technical strategy, capability roadmapping, and resource planning. * Demonstrated ability to balance tactical execution with strategic direction.
