Use knowledge of tools and best practices for the development and deployment of enterprise applications, including source code management (VCS), code review, continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD), Salesforce DX, scratch org, and unit testing. What You Will Do: * Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce-based CRM solutions. * Develop custom components and automation workflows to optimize sales processes (e.g., opportunity management, credit checks, partner engagement). * Implement and maintain Enterprise Territory Management features, including rule-based assignment and data segmentation. * Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives), and advocate for development best practices. * Provide expert-level support during CRM rollouts, including live training sessions, technical troubleshooting, and hotfix deployment. * Serve as the point of contact for production support and critical issue resolution related to Salesforce applications. * Review, maintain, and assure quality in all code entering codebase. * Debug and work with complex implementations involving features like asynchronous processing on SFDC. * Lead design and deployment of a multi-tenant Salesforce architecture that enforces per tenant encryption-at-rest with HSM-backed and role-based access controls across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. * Optimize API jobs allowing performance and scalability tuning for large Salesforce orgs (100k+ records/sec API volume)., Manufacturing Design / Foundry Engineer needed for 1st shift with wonderful team - great stability, career development, leadership!
