This customer-facing role is responsible for onboarding new customers, configuring platform settings based on business requirements, and providing end-user training and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in configuring SaaS solutions., Education and Years of Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 3+ years of experience in SaaS platform implementation, customer success, or telecom expense management. * Experience configuring enterprise software, financial systems, or workflow automation tools is preferred. * Familiarity with telecom billing, cost allocation, and IT expense management is a plus., * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail. * Experience with SQL, data imports, and reporting tools is a plus. * Ability to translate business needs into system configurations. * Experience using ticketing and project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Monday.com. * Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously. Additional Requirements: * Ability to work after hours and weekends to deliver projects on time when necessary.
