We partner with Global Product Leads (GPS), Product Managers, and gTech to test the newest alpha and beta products with Google's largest advertisers (LCS). Our mission is to evaluate product-market fit, ease of adoption and performance to ensure Google Ads products are market-ready, intuitive, and built to scale globally. As the Beta Development Manager, you will lead a team to help shape the future of Google Ads solutions for distinguished Product Areas to meet the needs of Large Customer Sales (LCS) customers. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
