## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, * Demonstrated experience developing, configuring, and implementing low-code applications, workflows, APIs, and integrations.

 * Experience supporting BOAT platform implementations and workflow automation initiatives.
 * Demonstrated knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevSecOps delivery practices.
 * Experience supporting cloud-based application deployment, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting activities.
 * Experience implementing role-based access controls, authentication services, and integration with internal and external systems.
 * Demonstrated experience supporting application modernization, workflow management, and business process automation initiatives.
 * Strong understanding of APIs, data exchange mechanisms, and system integration approaches.
 * Ability to support technical research, analysis, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
 * Experience supporting technical documentation, release management, and operational sustainment activities.Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience supporting BOAT platforms, low-code development tools, or workflow orchestration technologies.
 * Prior experience supporting federal civilian agency application delivery, DOT, DHS, HHS, or equivalent.
 * Experience with JIRA for backlog and sprint management in a Government program environment.
