## About the Role

Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support in a help desk or desktop support setting.
Working knowledge of Active Directory for user account administration and access support.
Proficiency supporting Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows 10 systems.
Ability to perform structured troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Familiarity with service desk ticket management and end-user issue documentation.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Enterprise applications in a business environment.

## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT support specialist to provide hands-on technical assistance for end users in Cape Coral, Florida. This position supports daily desktop, laptop, and account-related needs while helping maintain a stable and efficient computing environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable resolving common hardware and software issues, managing support requests, and delivering dependable service across Microsoft-based systems.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming support requests and document all work clearly within the service desk ticketing system.

Diagnose and resolve routine to moderately complex issues involving Windows workstations, user accounts, office applications, and peripheral devices.

Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user equipment to support day-to-day operations.

Administer basic user and group management tasks in Active Directory, including account access updates and password support.

Provide technical assistance for Microsoft 365 applications and related user access concerns.

Troubleshoot connectivity and general networking issues affecting end-user productivity.

Support printer maintenance and break/fix activities to minimize interruptions in the workplace.

Assist with basic server, virtualization, and system administration tasks as directed by senior IT staff.
