## About the Role

Do you have experience in IT asset management?, Experience with device imaging, deployment, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Knowledge of laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, docks, headsets, and related peripherals.

Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel between locations.

Experience with asset management and device lifecycle support.

Additional Requirements

Must be local to the Denver Metro area.

Must have reliable transportation for travel between agency locations.

Ability to work onsite several days per week.

## Description

Client is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to join the Strategic Work Assignment Taskforce (SWAT) team supporting multiple agencies and onsite locations throughout the Denver Metro area. This role is responsible for device imaging and deployment, troubleshooting, ticket resolution, asset management, lifecycle support, onboarding/offboarding assistance, and end-user technical support., Perform imaging, configuration, deployment, and setup of laptops, desktops, phones, printers, and other desk-facing devices using standard procedures.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 deskside troubleshooting and break-fix support.

Manage and resolve Incident and Task tickets within SLA timelines using ServiceNow.

Support onboarding/offboarding activities including device setup, transportation, and recovery.

Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle records within asset management systems.

Assist with vulnerability remediation, office moves, peripheral support, and device replacement projects.

Handle device surplus activities including decommissioning, hard drive removal, cataloging, and transportation for destruction.

Provide support across multiple agency locations throughout the Denver Metro area.

Attend status meetings and provide project support updates.
