This role combines application development, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement to help program teams improve efficiency, increase visibility into operations, reduce administrative burden, and enable data-driven decision-making. The Power Platform Solutions Specialist will work closely with program leadership, subject matter experts, project staff, and stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions. While the primary focus of the role is solution development and automation, experience supporting victim services programs, Tribal communities, or other human services initiatives is highly valued as it enables the specialist to better understand program operations and develop tools that align with recipient needs and organizational objectives.
