Strong hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio and OmniScript implementation experience, including production design of OmniScripts and reusable guided experiences. 3. Strong Service Cloud experience and broad Salesforce platform expertise, including working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Data Cloud. 4. Deep technical experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, data modeling, security and sharing, permission sets, APIs, integration patterns, and deployment practices. 5. Experience designing OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, guided experiences, and reusable OmniStudio components. 6. Experience with greenfield implementation, legacy-org retirement, business-rule modernization, integrations, data migration, testing, and production transition. 7. Ability to remain hands-on, review implementation quality, resolve delivery issues, and communicate architecture decisions and tradeoffs to executive and technical stakeholders. 8. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across onshore and offshore teams. Preferred Qualifications 1. Hands-on Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud implementation experience. 2. Salesforce Clean Energy Module experience and/or utility customer information system or clean-energy program transformation experience. 3. Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, OmniStudio, or Energy & Utilities Cloud credentials; SAP BTP, customer API, or event-driven architecture experience is also valued. ## Description The Salesforce Technical Architect leads the hands-on technical design and implementation of scalable solutions supporting utility customer operations and clean-energy programs. The architect moves between enterprise architecture decisions and detailed implementation work, explains tradeoffs in business terms, and remains engaged through production deployment., 1. Lead architecture and hands-on implementation of a greenfield Salesforce solution for utility customer operations and clean-energy program capabilities. 2. Design scalable solutions using Energy & Utilities Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Clean Energy Module, and core Salesforce platform capabilities. 3. Define future-state data models, security and sharing, automation, OmniStudio patterns, integration architecture, platform standards, environment strategy, and deployment approaches. 4. Translate legacy business logic, customer programs, clean-energy eligibility and enrollment rules, and operating requirements into modern Salesforce architecture without carrying forward unnecessary technical debt. 5. Design OmniScript-guided experiences and reusable OmniStudio patterns using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. 6. Determine the appropriate use of configuration, Flow, OmniStudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, Data Cloud, and business-process changes. 7. Design integrations with SAP BTP, customer APIs, enterprise applications, external data sources, and utility systems, including security, error handling, monitoring, and operational support. 8. Define Data Cloud patterns for ingestion, identity resolution, unification, governance, segmentation, and activation. 9. Create prototypes and reference implementations and contribute directly to or review configuration, OmniStudio components, Flow, Apex, LWC, integrations, code, tests, and deployment packages. 10. Lead technical design reviews, mentor delivery teams, troubleshoot defects and deployment issues, and maintain accountability for architecture and implementation quality. 11. Use client-provided or client-approved AI acceleration tools when appropriate for analysis, requirements, design, development, documentation, testing, and defect resolution.
