Do you have experience in YAML?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are looking for a Principal Systems Analyst who will drive the end user experience with your technical competence, initiative, and brokerage knowledge to support our integration products and services., * Bachelor's Degree required, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technology preferred.

 * 5+ years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
 * Strong understanding of financial or brokerage industry
 * Demonstrable experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
 * Proficiency in:
 + API technologies: REST, SOAP
 + Data formats and configuration languages: JSON, YAML
 + API testing tools: Insomnia, Bruno
 + SQL and relational databases, Python and scripting
 + Monitoring tools: Splunk, Datadog
 * Working knowledge of API authentication models [JWT, 2Way SSL]

## Description

* Lead business and systems analysis for complex, multi-platform technology initiatives.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document detailed system requirements.
 * Conduct gap analyses, evaluate existing system logic, and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
 * Develop user stories, use cases, and process flows for current and future state systems.
 * Provide technical analysis and support across middleware, backend, APIs, and data layers to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
 * Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and guide other analysts in documentation best practices.
 * Evaluate system designs for functionality, performance, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness.
 * Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the evolution of documentation standards and Agile practices.
 * Manage issues and drive resolution across multiple concurrent initiatives and sub-initiatives.
