Experience with SQL, Tableau, Google, Focus, Excel, Visio, OnBase and other data management programs.
Data systems creation methods, software applications used to monitor and review data.
Statistical and business analysis.
Division's current data systems, including FOCUS, OnBase, as well as knowledge and experience using databases, including creating simple databases and queries.
Strategies for achieving effective data acquisition.
Management, quality, use and application.
Applicable laws, rules, policies regarding security, privacy, and management of confidential data.
IT life-cycle and preventative disease and vaccination surveillance system design, operation and maintenance.
Qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring program/project efficacy; project management disciplines and techniques.
