This role involves providing comprehensive IT support to our clients for their desktops, laptops, servers, cloud applications, printers, network infrastructure, and mobile devices, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft technology platforms. If you thrive on solving problems, delivering excellent customer service, and working with multiple SaaS and on-premise technologies, this is the role for you! Duties * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and management. * Advanced network troubleshooting skills. * Understanding of the OSI model. * Experience with Windows 11 installation, management, and troubleshooting. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Patience and understanding in resolving client issues. * Strong analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies. * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. * Honesty, diplomacy, and a self-assured attitude. Requirements · Minimum of 2 years of work experience supporting the technologies listed above. · Experience troubleshooting Windows 11 desktops, laptops, and Apple/Android mobile devices. · Experience with basic Microsoft 365 Administration (Entra, Intune, Exchange). · Experience troubleshooting basic networking issues (wireless, connectivity, routing, DNS). · Relevant education and certifications are preferred. · Must reside in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. · A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for rare scheduled on-site client visits.
