## About the Role

Customer service, inventory, warehouse, storeroom, route service, retail, or merchandising experience

Maintenance, repair, or mechanical experience is a plus

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, scanners, and technology platforms

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Experience working independently and managing multiple customer locations

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day

## Description

* Travel between customer locations throughout the Raleigh/Durham area supporting inventory management programs.
 * Receive, unpack, stock, replenish, scan, and organize products in MSC-managed inventory locations
 * Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels.
 * Perform product put-away and process inventory transactions using mobile applications and company software.
 * Build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
 * Communicate with customers, sales teams, and solution teams to resolve issues and support retention efforts.
