A Solution Leader creates a solution roadmap and defines the strategic vision for their team driven by the overall vision. They have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team's effort is aligned with the overall strategy. A Solution Leader manages dependencies within their delivery team while identifying, building and managing strategic partnerships across different teams. They work closely within their team to ensure business value and that user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary. A Solution Leader will be accountable for specific business KPIs based on the area of the product they are focused on., * Leads agile squad(s) and works onsite with the team on a daily basis * Sets ambitious and clear product vision and communicates it effectively to the team, the rest of the Digital Solutions unit as well as other stakeholders * Develops end-to-end team output strategy from inception to production * Collaborates with stakeholders, such as business and technical, to ensure the digital vision and products align within business strategy and requirements * Accountable for product-specific KPIs once the solution enters production; communicates regular tracking to stakeholders * Utilizes market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.
