This position is part of an IT team supporting approximately 10,000 users throughout the National Capital Area. Responsibilities include applying approved baseline images, installing and configuring software based on organizational requirements, preparing devices for deployment, maintaining asset records, and supporting deployment activities. This position is performed on-site during normal operating hours (weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) in Washington, DC.
