Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - **Company:** BigBear.ai, Inc. - **Location:** United States - **Experience:** Experienced - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Amazon Web Services, Software Applications, Microsoft Azure, Bash Shell, Cloud Computing, Communications Protocols, Cyber Security, Continuous Integration, Linux, Identity and Access Management, Information Technology Operations, Python (Programming Language), Nagios, Windows PowerShell, Software Vulnerability Management, Data Logging, Scripting, Google Cloud, System Availability, Kubernetes, Information Technology, Azure AKS, Terraform - **Published:** August 27, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.dice.com/job-detail/c030c344-6ea6-4904-9e03-be13d3cb230e ## About the Role * Two (2) years of combined work-related experience in cloud infrastructure, systems administration, IT operations, or a closely related field, including hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure. * Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration concepts, including Kubernetes fundamentals. * Demonstrated scripting ability in at least one language (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python). * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (four (4) additional years of related work experience may substitute for the degree). * Security+ certification (or equivalent IAT Level II certification), or the ability to obtain within ninety (90) days of hire. * Familiarity with several of the following areas: * Linux and/or Windows system administration * Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tooling * Networking and communication protocols * Identity, access management, and encryption fundamentals * Monitoring, logging, and alerting tools Ability to pass a thorough background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks. Eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance.
