Ideal Candidate:
A strong hands-on ServiceNow IRM developer who can independently own requirements from discovery/design through development, testing and production, understands platform best practices, and favors configuration over unnecessary customization.

## Description

The role supports Client's enterprise AI intake and governance platform. AI ideas are submitted through a centralized intake process, assessed by autonomous agents, reviewed by an AI Champion, routed to the appropriate delivery path, and tracked through production and value realization.
Core Responsibilities:

 * Participate in design/discovery sessions and sprint ceremonies.
 * Work with BAs and development leads to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
 * Develop ServiceNow IRM user stories and take ownership from design through production deployment.
 * Recommend out-of-the-box ServiceNow configurations wherever possible rather than customization.
 * Perform testing, peer code reviews, defect resolution, and support functional/UAT testing.
 * Maintain detailed technical documentation to meet audit requirements.
