## About the Role

* 15+ years of semiconductor test-development experience
 * Extensive hands-on experience with the Teradyne J750 ATE platform
 * Practical experience using the J750 CTO option
 * Strong mixed-signal test-development experience, particularly with high-precision analog devices
 * Proficiency in Visual Basic, C++, scripting languages, and firmware development
 * Experience developing, debugging, characterizing, and optimizing semiconductor test programs
 * Strong knowledge of test methodologies, measurement accuracy, test coverage, correlation, and production test requirements
 * Ability to diagnose complex hardware, software, and device-related test issues
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Must possess or be able to obtain a visa permitting business travel to the United States

Preferred Experience

 * Test-time optimization and yield improvement
 * Device characterization and production-test correlation
 * Debugging test hardware, load boards, and device interface boards
 * Supporting test-program transfer and deployment across international engineering or manufacturing locations
