## Description

* Scan, upload, and organize complete declaration packages in .pdf/.tif format using LEMIS control numbers
 * Maintain meticulous physical filing systems - monthly for wildlife declarations, annually by country for plant CITES permits
 * Respond to document retrieval requests from OLE (Office of Law Enforcement) staff
 * Apply proper document retention protocols, including shredding and stamping processed materials
