We are partnering with a premier public sector organization in Phoenix, AZ to find a skilled Business Intelligence Developer. In this role, you will modernize and elevate complex human capital analytics using cutting-edge data warehouse tools and reporting platforms. If you thrive on transforming intricate organizational datasets into clear, actionable executive insights, we want to hear from you., * Design, refine, and deploy high-impact visual dashboards and complex data models using modern BI toolsets.

 * Construct robust cloud data warehouse pipelines and optimize SQL queries to support critical workforce analytics.
 * Map and translate specialized administrative HR and financial enterprise systems into scalable business solutions.
 * Troubleshoot system data integrity, resolve integration bottlenecks, and partner closely with key operational stakeholders.
